My name is Bernard, my first cry fell on the 2nd of February 1973 and that makes me a member of the Bull horoscope. I am born in a Cantonese-speaking family and I am the only Christian in the Buddhist- dominated family of 5 members. They are my mum, my dad, my elder sister, my younger brother and me.

I am currently working with an IT solution provider,
CSA Automated Pte Ltd as a Systems Engineer. My area of work falls into the post-sales customer support in the PC Networking environment. Although I am working in a Information Technology industry, I hope to join NIE after my graduation and seek a career in teaching, probably I will consider working in a polytechnic as lecturer or join the R&D team in National University Of Singapore. Which ever the route I take, my career will always encompass Information Technology.
Besides working, I am also a part-time student studying for the
Staffordshire University Higher Diploma in Information System in TMC Computer School.
I have just finished my course and exam and have just signed up the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information System and Software Engineering offered by Oxford Brokes University. This course is conducted by Informatics Computer School and will conmence on the 5th of January 1999.

Web Surfing
Internet is a place full of all kind of information. While online, I can email, chat, software downloading. It is also the place where I host this webpage of mine.
Computer
I enjoy meddling with computer hardwares and various softwares. I learn HTML, DHTML, PERL, C++, JavaScript, CGI, Visual Basic and Java(basic) through reading.(...can save up money without taking any course for these computer languages) In addition, I also enjoy playing computer games, especially strategy and role-playing game. My favourite strategy and role-playing game is Panzer General and Heroes Of Might And Magic respectively.
Movies
Watching movies is my favourite outdoor pasttime, usually about one to two movies a week. At this rate I am going, I will have watched all the movies within few weeks
Shopping
I think everyone enjoy shopping especially if there is any sales such as Great Singapore Sale and Christmas Sale. I am of no exception too.
Sports
I enjoy playing badminton, cycling, jogging, basketball, table-tennis, bowling and volleyball. I Like soccer but don't really play it.
